Here are the directions off the Stampin Up! Website.
Instructions
- Pull apart one paper cup to use as a template. (I purchased a purple paper small cup so I did not have to cover the cup)
- Trace top curve of cup template on top edge and bottom edges of solid Real Red Designer Series paper (10" x 4-1/2").
- Repeatedly stamp stars background image in Real Red ink on paper. (I did not stamp any image on my cup, choosing instead to just use the cup as it came out of the box)
- Adhere one side edge of paper to paper cup. Wrap paper around cup, overlapping edges, and adhere. Trim bottom edge using hobby blade, if necessary.
- Trace top curve of cup template on top edge and bottom edges of More Mustard grid Designer Series paper (10" x 1-1/2").
- Adhere one side edge of paper to paper cup. Wrap paper around cup, overlapping edges, and adhere. Trim bottom edge using hobby blade, if necessary.
- Turn cup upside down, and trace on Old Olive card stock. Draw scalloped edge around cup. Cut out scalloped circle. ( I used the Celebrations Cricut Cartridge- cutting out the scalloped flower on size 5 inches)
- Cut out center of scalloped circle, just inside traced circle, to create scalloped ring. Slide scalloped ring over bottom of cup, and slide upward flush with lip of cup. Pour jelly beans or other treat into cup (I used Hershey's milk chocolate EGGS).
- Stamp party time image in More Mustard and Real Red ink on Whisper White card stock, and punch out both images using 1-1/4" Circle punch.
- Punch scallop circles from More Mustard card stock and Real Red textured card stock using Scallop Circle punch.
- Adhere wood dowel to center of each scallop circle. Adhere coordinating party time circle over wood dowel using Stampin' Dimensionals. Insert dowels (I used drinking straws) into cup.
