Christmas Ornaments

I am sorry I am behind in updating my crafty julia blog. Christmas is just a few weeks away & I have been scrambling to get things decorated, cookie menus organized, shopping, just to name a few things. This Christmas is extra special for us because this is the very first year we have our son home with us!! This is Zachary's first Christmas! And, we will be hosting Christmas for all our family on Christmas day. So, not only is this our first year with our son for Christmas but it is also the very first year out of our 13 year marriage that our entire family is coming over for Christmas! Talk about a joyous year!

late November my 2 year old son, Zachary, met Santa for the first time. Zachary had a very small meltdown but for the most part he enjoyed the white bearded man! At check out they also offered several ornament pkgs for an additional fee. I purchased one that included a plastic ball ornament, a magnet, a picture frame & a snow globe. After I added Zachary and Santa's picture I could not resist adding a little sparkle too. It's pretty simple but I just HAD to share a little Seasonal Craftiness here on my blog

Back of the ornament houses the picture we took for our Christmas Card this year, and the year in glittery sticker numbers:

Snow globes are one of my favorite accessories (for any time of year). In fact, the snow globe was really the reason why I purchased the kit. I didn't do too much to the globe but I felt like the base needed a little shimmer too.

I have a lot more crafty Christmas to share with you all very soon. I hope you are enjoying the Holiday Season and are also getting a lot of your "to-do" list accomplished!
See ya next time!
