Can't take credit for the idea (as usual), copied this from a demo at our Archivers. Paper is Bazzill Bling card stock, Hero Arts crystal bling, Water Color Pencils, stayz-on ink (black, blue & purple), ribbon is Stampin up!, scallop circle "Yours Truly" in Luxe White (5-1/8-5-1/8).To see what the affects I could get out of the water color pencils I used either: a blender pen, water brush & clear pencil. The darkest image was from the clear pencil, medium image was created from the blender pen, and the lightest coloring came from the water brush.
Also, got to try out a technique I heard about on another website- for the blue dog collar bling(on the blue card) I didn't have any blue crystals so I used a blue sharpie to color the bling blue (not sure how well it is showing up in the scan)! Worked like a charm!
