Altered Legal Pad

I'm working on my water coloring skills for the upcoming techniques class. I'm getting "tired" of making cards so thought I would pull out my box of Legal Pads and alter one. These are the pads that I had cut into thirds (for free) at Staples a year ago. Still have tons left. What am I going to do with them all?! Hmm...maybe I'll have to make a project (one day) for the club. Anyways, back to me. LOL.

So, not sure if you remember, but I've altered these pads before. But the bad thing about my previous design is once the pad is out the entire piece gets thrown into the trash. So on this one I designed a pocket to slide the pad into. When the pad is used up I don't have to throw away the sleeve- unless I'm tired of it.

Since it is for me I added the phrase- "it's on my list" ... "I think" Which looking at it now it takes away BIG time from the design but I'm over it and posting it as is.

Stuck the bird on front. Wish the picture was better. I'm getting lazy with my iphone because it is always right next to me and the camera emails the pictures immediately but it doesn't take the best pictures.
