When I first viewed the technique on scs.com I admit, I turned my nose up at it. I thought to myself...too hard, too much time, too complicated. But, I kept going back to it. Maybe I just had to be in the right mood. And, Once I decided to take a short cut by dry embossing with cuttlebug folders I was at my craft table giving it my best girl scout try!

It folds up to fit into a medium size envelope. And, makes a cute card that stands up on a table with out any help.

With this card, I learned a valuable lesson...to give things a try, even if at first glance I question my desire to do so! In the end it was worth the effort!! I got to use my We R Memory Keepers magnetic self healing cutting matt and trimmer!! Thumbs up for Tri-Shutter Cards!!
PS: did you notice my attempt to create with out using shades of pink? Green and purple...I like it! :)
