HERO Arts, Card

I've got two cards to share with you today! Aren't these cute? I got the idea from a Archivers mania night card contest. One of the sbers made something similar to this and I filed it away "to make" some day. Welcome to some day! LOL




Recipe
Stamp Sets: Hero Arts- this was a recent FREE-B that Archivers gave during a make and take weekend. I am not sure of the name. The greeting is from morning star stamps.
Other: Water color pencils, black Stay-on ink, stickles, flower bling (came with the stamp set), hole punch, SU pink card stock. SU punch, glimmer mist.

As you can hopefully see, one of the cards the bird is pop dotted. The other one I had to improvise on because when I stamped the greeting it wasn't straight. So, I punched out the bad image, glued the top to the bottom of the card, then stamped through the window. And, to add extra interest I hand poked holes around the window.

Like I said above, the greeting is from morningstarstamps dot com. It is a recent purchase from a stamp show that was in Atlanta. It says "This is not an ordinary greeting card, it's a hug with a fold in the middle."
