Branch Out, Card

OMG, OMG, OMG!!! Okay, okay, okay...so, guess I LIKE this card! hehehhe. I was inspired, once again, by the gallery at split coast stampers. This particular stamp set, is amongst my faves in the new Stampin Up! catalog. I am so pleased, I'm going to have a hard time giving this one away! And, it took me less than 15 minutes to create it! WOWWWZAA! :))

Stamp Set: SU Branch Out
Other: SU whisper white card stock, stickles, black stayz-on ink, SU craft inks, sponge, handmade mask, Heidi Swapp edge distressor.

To create the square, from a scrap card stock the same size of the front of the card, I cut out a square in the center- the size I wanted just based on the size of the tree. Then, using a sponge I smeared SU craft ink blue for the sky and some grass at the bottom. Also, I just couldn't leave well enough alone, so I took my edge distressor to the front three sides to the card- adds that little something for added interests (IMHO) Totally cute! If I can say so myself!
